Posing Coaching Services are now available for NPC Bikini and Wellness divisions.
I provide both virtual and in person posing coaching. Weekdays location for IN PERSON will be in East Lansing. Weekend location for IN PERSON will be in Detroit/Allen Park. Virtual posing sessions will be via WhatsApp or FaceTime.

IFBB Pro Bikini and 3x Olympian Lucia Malavaze from Brazil and NPC Wellness National Competitor Roxy Francisco will be hosting a Bikini and Wellness Posing Clinic offering one on one posing sessions as well as a group class.
We will be bringing our expertise, posing training, and stage presence advice to get you ready for your competition!
The event will also have a Q&A for seasoned athletes, first time novice competitors, as well as those who are considering competing soon.

Limited spots available to ensure we give you the attention you need. We will open with a posing group class then breakout into a 20 minute long one on one sessions for each of the attendees to focus on individual posing.
