Roxy has changed my life in many ways! My confidence in how I look and feel in clothing has gone up. I’m able to wear clothing that I wouldn’t wear before starting the program. I felt fantastic in a swim suit on a recent beach trip. I look at older photos and I look like a different person. I’m more disciplined in eating habits now. I’ve never had a problem getting to the gym and working out, but with the work that I put in with Roxy’s guidance, I’m able to flex and you can see muscle now after fat loss.

Roxy is high energy in the most amazing way-you’ll absolutely love her! Roxy will listen to what your goals are and work closely with you to reach them. She will never make you feel bad if you take longer to get there. Roxy always checks in with you during your training and really listens to you. She makes sure you are not pushing yourself too hard or not pushing enough. She helps you in the most positive way.

I've have always struggled with confidence and wear clothes that cover my body more. I have purchased more fitted workout attire to wear. We are always our worst critics!
Roxy is amazing! Since training with Roxy I am not afraid to go heavier in weight. I always thought I had to stick around 12-15 reps because I didn't want to get too muscular. Now I am not afraid of going up in weight and also trying new exercise variations that make me step out of my comfort zone!

Since I started training with Roxy in April 2021, I have managed to lose 45 pounds and counting. I went from 245 pounds in April to 197 pounds as of this November. I have been able to lift more weight than ever before, and I no longer feel as self conscious about my body. My form for certain exercises has also improved drastically.
I feel more confident in not just my body, but in my determination and resolve. Since I’ve started my fitness journey, I feel as if I can take on any problem head on. I don’t look at problems as things I should avoid anymore, but as obstacles I can overcome.
My whole life has changed once I began working with Roxy. I used to have bad eating habits including an eating disorder that made me lose all my confidence and struggle with self image. I focused way too much on cardio in the gym hoping it would give me the body I had always dreamed of.
When I met Roxy she showed me how to eat better, prioritize protein and learn what a healthy and balanced diet consists of. She taught me that weight lifting will not make me bulky and instead help me achieve the body I have always wanted.
